Being a woman that is not petite, I completely appreciate this DVD. I really appreciate the plus size model doing the exercises. This is a very basic yoga workout, which for a beginer is very comforting and safe, there is a section that offers tips if you are not able to do some of the exercises. The execises are well explained and demonstrated. The tone is professional and courteous, you are not being patronized nor are you being drilled with a lot of techinal words.
