I like all the Mercer Mayer titles and my daughter loves them too! This book is short and simple which is great for reading to a 2 year old as they lose interest if the story is too long. I would recommend any of the Mercer Mayer titles to get small children interested in books because they can relate to the Little Critter and the situations he gets into.

Little critter has an exhausting day with his mom on a trip to the city. An interesting book about the trouble he causes unknowingly. Great for kids, who will enjoy laughing at some of the things he does.
