DVD for class
I purchased this DVD to use with my sophomore English class. It serves its purpose very well. This version is much more faithful than the 1970 version with Heston as Antony. The BBC version is too dry and boring for my regular students. The students enjoy this version, once they get past the fact that it's in black & white. It would have been nice to have more extras on this version, but that isn't that necessary. The most important thing was to get this version, on DVD, at the most inexpensive price. For that purpose, this edition serves its purpose very well. I highly recommend this DVD for teachers teaching Julius Caesar.
