I heard her songs on the radio and decided i like her voice and i had to add her to my collection. Nicely done i hope she releases more of the songs.

I have to say that I was a fan of Jordin's when she was on american idol. She sings fantastic and I fell in love with her singing to other peoples songs as she did. But I have to say that after listening to this CD I am very dissapointed. I have listened to it 2 times and once was really enough. Sorry Jordin, Do remakes of other peoples songs as you did on idol and become that star that we all know you are. Please dont do anymore of your own songs.

I was surprised how good the CD is. I didn't expect to hear her sound so much like a pro, especially since she just started. Glad I got it. I would recommend this cd. I like the songs Tattoo, One Step at a Time, and No Air with Chris Brown.

I wanted new music by artists I had not listened to before. This was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed it very much.

Most of the cd sounds like the Jordin from American Idol. There are a few songs (Shy Boy, Young and In Love, and See My Side)that area dancy and technotronic. But if you like her ballads and range, you'll enjoy the other 9 songs of the album.

I found this to be a great debut album. I bought it for a few songs that I knew were on it. But I was completely happy with the rest of the album as well. Unlike some albums that you end up purchasing just for one song and then they start collecting dust. This is a great upbeat album through and through.

I bought this cd for myself because I have enjoyed her music that I have heard played on the radio.This cd is great.I love listening to it while a drive around doing errands,or while I clean the house.It really is beautiful inspiring music that I don't mind my kids hearing.

Jordin Sparks, one of the winners of American Idol, has offered us a good, solid debut CD. I did not buy this CD immediately even though I voted for her to win. To my surprise, this POP album is pretty good. To date, I believe it has two or three singles released that you will recognize immediately. Jordin's voice is very melodic and, for such a young artist, she has good promise as a recording artist.

Jordin Sparks has a phenomenal voice. I particularly enjoyed her duet with Chris Brown. I look forward to what more Ms. Sparks has to offer.

I heard a few songs and this CD is actually used for Mary Kay's theme of the 2008-2009 year. She has a beautiful voice and is quite something to listen to.

I love this CD! One Step At A Time is my favorite song on the CD. Jordan Sparks speaks from the heart and empowers you to do better and be better in your life through her lyrics.

bought it as part of my daughters birthday present. why buy it new when i can get it used, in mint condition and less money.

A great CD! This Idol winner definitely has my vote! Jordin has a clean, crisp, commanding voice. This, her first CD, is a perfect mix of lively, foot-tapping pop, and slower tug-at-your-hearstrings ballads. Unlike some CDs where only two or three songs are worth listening to then you fast-forward through the rest, the ENTIRE Jordin Sparks CD is worthy of listening to. I find myself hitting the "repeat" button a LOT! Definitely worth buying. I look forward to her next album.

good cd she's a very talented singer . she was by far the most talented singer of the american idol cast.

This cd is nice. Jordin Sparks has a lovely voice. There are some nice songs and I especially love her duo with Chris Browne "No Air". This song is beautiful and was worth buying this cd for.

My taste in music is very broad from Allan Jackson to Andrea Bocelli.
I am 40 years old. I grew up with Stevie B, and Dance Party Mixs.
I now enjoy listening to great voices with heart. Jordan sparks sings from the heart. She could blend with any type of music. From Carlos Santana to those Irish girls on TV that sing opera.
This CD is highly recomended. It is not just a one song wonder. I enjoy listening to the whole CD.

This is a fantastic album from the american idol winner Jordin Sparks, the album really upbeat and lots of different new sounds. I have bought many albums this year but this is one that stands out from others its such a good album. I would give this album 10/10 EXCELLENT

I wanted to buy the CD because I love her voice although I like Blake Lewis also. Her sound is like "WOW". I especially love her song that she duets with Chris Brown. I've even see the music video. Its perfect. All in all I give both her and this CD an A+
