New, unique DVD: I could not have found in any storeThis item was new (unsealed). It is a rare DVD that Joni Mitchell planned, directed, and produced. I have been an avid fan of joni Mitchell since the 1960s, and only through ebay can I collect treasures related to her life as a musician and an artist. I appreciate any seller that offers any joni Mitchell item--whether it's a CD, DVD, book, or article about her. I appreciate ebay offering sellers the opportunity to bring both sellers and buyers satisfaction. Only twice have I been dissatisfied when sellers did not send an item I have purchased. Unfortunately, time had elapsed, and I was not able to report or get anything done about the sellers' misconduct. I do realize that paying for items is a gamble at times, but for the majority of my time as a buyer, I have been quite satisfied.

At one time I used to have all of joni Mitchell's albums,back when vinyl was in its heyday.More than just a singer songwriter,Joni Mitchell's main instrument IS her voice.He lyrics are wonderful,and now she has gone so far and done so much she no ,longer needs to prove that her style and voice ar worthy of note.Artists such as Judy Collins(her girlfriend at one time) Crosby Stills Nash and Young,and Leonard Cohen all have known and appreciated her voice,her personality,and her words.PAINTING WITH WORDS AND MUSIC is a tribute to trhe best in Joni Mitchell's work-wonderful songs,that will never grow old with time,like some writers do.She's an icon,a sine-qua-non, a quintessential artist few of which exist anymore.
