This is a very funny spoof of James Bond movies. My whole family loved it. It's pretty tame so if you gotta have R movies, forget it. But for the family, we died laughing.

Johnny English is an english comedy
) We used to own a video store and I enjoy buying good comedys for my collection. Good movie, good price, so I had to have it. I also enjoy Rowan Atkinson as a comdian

If you are looking for a fun, silly movie, this could be your answer. If you find humor in comedic scripts like Naked Gun, Major League and the like you will like this movie. If you are looking for intelligent humor look somewhere else. (Sometimes I think reviewers need to remove their underwear from their derriere.) This would never win a nomination for an Academy Award. But if you are looking for some laughs you should find it in Rowan's performance in this movie. Maybe I'm a little warped, but I have never watched an Atkinson that didn't produce multiple laughs and giggles. I love this movie. It's at the top of my list of funny movies to see again. Rowan Atkinson is the Don Knotts of today. Don't miss the scene of Johnny English sneaking into the castle by way of the plumbing. By far one of the best parts of the movie.
