John Schneider's Collier & Co. Hot Pursuit (DVD, 2007)

When I first saw this movie I was so excited. I got to see it at a theater that John was at with Traveler. I have been counting the days until I could see it again. Im so glad it finally came out on video. Awsome story line, good clean family movie.

Outstanding movie for the whole family. John Schneider brings back a family movie that entertainer all ages. Lots of fun, not so bad, 'bad' guys and an awesome 1969 Dodge HEMI Charger entertain in the style of Hazzard County-Good Ole Boys. A must for any Dukes of Hazzard fan, car enthusiast or gear head. AAAAA "Yeeeeeee....Haaaaaaaaa!"

All I can say is if you like to see an old 69 charger ripping around,then this is the movie for you,I loved it!!!

Stupidly fun. John Schneider and his real family are in this movie and some of the acting on their part is bad but look past that and enjoy the fun.

I thought it was just what the box said . Its what the dukes movie should have been.I wish they made more movies like this .

I thought that the movie was Great. This is what the Dukes of Hazzard movie, should have been. John & his family did a wonderful job, and I can not wait for Collier & Co 2!!

This movie is no run-of-the-mill indie film. Although shot on a tight budget, Collier&Co. uses that budget to the maximum, and the result is a well-thought out, well-planned, well-shot, and well...fun movie! Obviously, this film will appeal to Dukes fans and car enthusiasts because of the references, car stunts and of course the stars, John Schneider (also writer and director) and Traveler(hey, a 69 Charger can be a star too, ya know).

However, don't be fooled into thinking that's all the film has to offer. Mr. Schneider has not only managed to shoot the action scenes superbly ; he handles the dramatic scenes with just as much polished skill. By using family and friends for the roles, and skillful direction, he elicits natural performances that make the characters seem all the more real, and therefore much easier for the audience to relate to. The scenes in which J.R. Collier struggles with balancing his new "job" and trying to keep his family together, will no doubt tug your heartstrings, and make you want everything to turn out alright.

Although I had bought the original limited edition DVD, I wanted to see some behind the scenes footage of how the movie was made. So, I ordered this new two-disc edition, with the special features, and I was not disappointed in the least. You get a real sense of what John Schneider was trying to accomplish, and that was to make a film that everyone of every age could enjoy together. He has succeeded in his endeavor, and I absolutely look forward to the sequel, Collier&Co. 2.

And now, for the fanboy cry...YEEEEEHAW!!!

Better then I thought it would be. I liked it better than Dukes of Hazzard. Funny, action packed film. The Best film I have ever seen John Schneider in.
I hope He makes more like this one. I decide to buy this movie after I found out about it and when an autographed postcard was included that sealed the deal.

I bought this because my son has been looking for this everywhere in canada and it's not available Ibought it for him for christmas and he will love it I know that for sure. seller was great with everything

Great movie for it's development. Quality reminds me of some of the great 70's cars movie's such as Gone in 60 Seconds, Bullet and Dirty Mary Crazy Larry. The DVD has plenty of extra's. Some of the acting may be a little off, but I personally like the style and atmosphere. I look forward to the Collier & Co. 2, Hot Pursuit. I recommend this to anyone who like car movies!

Decent movie for the family. Have to be a Dukes of Hazzard fan to appreciate it. Not a movie you could watch over and over again.

It takes you back to the late 70's early 80's type movie like the Dukes of Hazzard TV show. Just good old family FUN. John Schneider is the best!!! I hope he does more like it. EWK
