Bad title, old information.
The bad title comes in calling this 2008, it implies it was made last year, but it wasn't. This 'seminar' is from 1993, that's ancient times in our industry. There is no mention of HD, of HDV, of DIGITAL VIDEO, or the special effects marvels now possible in home computers. This makes this video have only about 40% of useful information. But, this DVD has something that is almost priceless, the ability of its presenters to motivate. They have made flicks, yes cheesy and silly, but they have made them, and apparently made money at it. They advocate doing it, period, and in the words of John Russo, 'don't do nothing, the worse thing you can do is nothing', and that information/advice is priceless. Overall, I recommend it, not because it would have the latest information, but because you will be motivated, and you can always learn something from this type of DVD.
