John Denver - Montana Christmas Skies (DVD, 1998)

This made-for-TV special is a heart-warming Christmas MUST HAVE for anybody celebrating a Cowboy Christmas. It has some old favorites like Grandma's Featherbed.. and also has other John Denver songs that I had never heard before. It has some songs where the children join in.. and also some cowboy humor around the campfire. Some of the scenes are out on the open plains.. and some of a snuggly Christmas gathering in a barn. The photography, lighting and music are so beautiful.. and the only thing I can find wrong with this dvd was that while it is a 60 min video.. it ended way too soon. I got this dvd so I could re-sell it. But after watching it....I'm going to keep it! It's a great addition to my holiday dvd collection. If it's Christmas.. you need music to make it special. And this dvd answers that call.
