I am new to the car sales business. Although I sold cars in the mid 1980’s, today’s market is much more complicated. I believe the basics are the same now as they were 100 years ago.

With the internet, car shoppers are much more educated. They know, or they think they know the whole pricing structure. I just don’t think that some of the tactics used before will work now, and they should never have been used in the first place.

But back to the CD’s. I am just getting into them, but listening to him speak is like listening to an old friend. You will not here a lot of college business sales BS, just good old tried and true lessons and insights from the front lot to the coolness of the sales room (on a hot day that is).

What Joe stresses is honest and sincere business practices with your customers. How to make a sale stick and more important, how to keep repeat business coming in the door.

Over this weekend, starting Friday, were the best sales I ever had, and from what I hear, the best the dealership has ever seen from one salesman. Friday I sold 4 cars, Saturday 2 cars, and Sunday 1 car. I was a little weak on Sunday. 7 cars! The weekend bonus made me a ton of cash!

We are in an auto mall with about 10 other dealers fighting for the same customer. The CD’s tell you how to keep them from “I have to get my wife”, or “I am just looking right now”.

I learned how to not burn out the customer with high pressure as soon as they get on the lot.

This is a well spent investment that will repay you thousand of dollars while your other salesman are complaining about the economy and the commission plan or the test drives or what every else they want to groan about.

Buy them!
