Jim Fobel's Old-Fashioned Baking Book by Jim Fobel (1987, Book, Illustrated)

My Mom has had this book since it was first published. It is one of her most used books. It's a family favorite. Our favorite recipe from this book is the Rhubarb Custard Pie. I don't even like rhubarb, and this is the ONLY rhubarb desert or anything that I will eat. Traditional recipes and old family favorites are in this book. Forget the new trends of baking, get back to the roots of it all with this book.
