Jillian Michaels - No More Trouble Zones (DVD, 2009)

If you can handle it, this is a really good extreme workout. Jillian does a really good job of circuit training and keeping you moving. You'll work multiple muscle groups at the same time, which burns more calories. I've done the workout a few times and I'm still having to stop towards the end of a few of the moves to take a deep breath and then continue. This is not for beginners!!! I would highly recommend this dvd workout for anyone that is intermediate level and wants to go to a new intensity level. I'm so glad I bought this dvd.

Love it. Jillian keeps you moving, with no breaks. She speaks from the heart, in wanting to help you reach your fitness/endurance goals! It's an awesome workout. Truthfully, I'm quite 'in shape' & healthy' (looking now to build muscle & endurance), have done boot camp style workouts previously (like Jackie Warner's WORKOUT), and this one REALLY pushes me to the limit. This really is a serious workout.

Great circuit workout, especially because it incorporates weights.

Jillian once again comes out with a great at home work out video. While this is longer then the shred, I believe it's ten times better! Great workout video!

The fiancee says these work outs are amazing. I hear her yelling at the TV in the other room! Well worth the money, I'd say.

this is a great workout--especially if you're just getting in shape or are in medium shape. ;) good muscle building and interval training, so good fat burning, but also NOT BORING and repetive. challenges and variety are the key to keeping up a workout routine.

i bought cause it help me lossing weight the item is good. but not all rotation is good, i didn't follow all the rotation cause i am more focus in my abs and most of those rotation is always in arms. but i like the rest of rotation. good job!

Great for toning and sculpting! While there is some repetition, it has a good number of different target moves--from those of Jillian's other videos like 30-day Shred and Cardio--to merit getting it on its own/ as well.

This is great video if you have a hard time including weights and cardio in your workout program. If you enjoy weights you won't miss you'll be challenged by the inclusion of cardio. Jillian challenges even the girls in the video, who have probably never been overweight. Doing her videos is the next best thing to have Jillian in your face, if you go non-stop until the end.
