This is such a great workout. I have her Shred dvd as well. It works great too in only half the time. NMTZ is a 40 min work out with 5 min of warm up/cool down. Shred is 20 min with 5 min warm up/cool down. NMTZ is a great workout for beginners. It is easy to follow and all you need are weights and a soft floor...carpet works fine for me. Enjoy
