Really like this workout. It does NOT include weights, but forget that, you don't want weights on this one! It's all about using your own body weight, and intense cardio-intervals, that make this one really stand out. It says 40 minute workout w/warm up & cool down, but I beg to differ. I think the actual 'workout' (intense circuits) exceeds 40 minutes. Highly recommend this. If you're new to cardio-circuits, work at your own pace. (I am seasoned, and still struggle with this one. Keep it real for your own fitness level, that way you won't give up on yourself!) Jillian is sincere, and speaks from the heart. Great stuff!
