
Very difficult for beginners.

This workout (on level 1 out of 3) is very, very difficult for beginners. The DVD is meant for people who only have about 20 minutes of time to work out. It is a combination of strength training (push-ups, sit ups, light weights, lunges, etc.) and cardiovascular (jumping jacks, running in place, boxing, etc.) I can not comment on levels 2 and 3 as I have only done level 1 so far, but it seems to be a very thorough full body workout. I look forward to trying the other levels.
