This is definitely a tough workout, you have to push yourself. She uses her 3-2-1 system, 3 minute strenght, 2 min cardio, and 1 min abs, doing 2 rounds each session, then it's over, only 20 minutes/workout...short but intense. There's 3 levels on the DVD, you can either do each level for 10 days, or you can move up a level once you're it gets too easier (yeah right!). Also, she's got 2 girls working out with her (ok, she doesn't workout much, she's usually walking around talking) are totally ripped, but you can follow either Anita, who does the beginner exercises, or Natalie, who does the advanced. I do highly recommend this DVD, I'm only on level 2, but I've lost weight and inches!
