Great workout for beginners and/or more advanced individuals.
I tried it today and really enjoyed it. Although I started with the Beginner and found it to be a little too easy, I went ahead and completed it and did Level 2.
There is nothing hard about this workout. No difficult routines to learn and no crazy moves and steps to learn. Just a plain and simple workout that will have you breathing heavy - WHICH IS THE GOAL!! I do several home DVD workouts and this one is fabulous. To date, I have 57 home workout DVD's-obviously I get bored a little easy. :-)
Jillian does make the statement that it is only twenty minutes but to make them count (not verbatim). She gets your booty in gear and she is pretty motivating WITHOUT being intimidating or annoying.
I say give it a try, you may definitely be surprised!!
