This book, although older, is very comprehensive and well illustrated. It gives step by step directions for fixing broken jewelry,jump rings,annealing, resizing rings, fixing broken prongs, resetting stones, and electroplating. The formulas are given for plating, cleaning and darkening metal jewelry for accent if desired. Very clear. I found this book first at my local library and really wanted it for reference. I was thrilled to find it on e-bay.
