Having lost his sight to eye cancer at the age of one, Jeff Healey transcended his blindness to become a virtuosic blues-rock guitarist renowned for his unique playing style. Rather than standing up, Healey plays while sitting down with his guitar resting flat on his lap, allowing for a dynamic sound unheard of in most standard playing.
