Jeff Allen - Happy Wife, Happy Life Revisited (DVD, 2007)

I thoroughly enjoyed both the comedy act portion of the DVD, as well as the testimonial portion. Anyone who has been married can completely relate to this humorous DVD. I watched it two times in a row and will enjoy it many more times.

I liked how we all could relate to similar situations in our lives that Jeff had made so funny in his routine. I also liked the fact there was'nt any swearing or lewd remarks. Just genuinly funny. TWO THUMBS UP!!

I loved this DVD, this is a great comedian, he uses no foul language & will make you laugh til your sides hurt.

This DVD has brought lots of laughs at gatherings in our home. Jeff Allen is relevant, hilarious and clean. Jeff shows that you don't have to be filthy to be funny. Very good humor regarding life and family. This is fit to be viewed by the entire family.

I bought this for my grandmother as a gift. She has seen some of his shows on TV and kept talking about how funny and clean his act was. So I bought this and she LOVES it. It is recommended for anyone who doesn't like the filthy language, but still loves good comedy acts.

FOLLOWING IS A REVIEW FOR JEFF ALLEN, MY HEART MY COMEDY:
We love Jeff Allen! He has some of the best relationship humor around and it is clean, Christian Comedy. The thing I didn't like about this dvd is that I have seen so many of his acts that this seems to be alot of the same. Not much new Material. He and his wife Tammy appear on this and share the problems they had to overcome in their marriage, so it is a mixture of humor and personal conflict. I do not care for his jokes about Tammy's menopause and feel it has no place in the act. He also mentions his sister's thighs and her personal poor self image in their appearance which I don't find at all humorous. Overall, if you haven't seen Jeff Allen before you would probably enjoy it, but it is old hat to those of us who have seen him previously. Jeff, get some new material and leave out the Menopause bit!! UNLESS IT IS YOUR OWN MALE MENOPAUSE THAT ALL YOU GUYS GO THRU, THEN GO FOR IT.

I saw this segment on TV one night on the Worship Channel and enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase it for my husband. At first Jeff Allen starts off kind of slow but after a couple minutes he'll have you laughing with his anecdotes of the everyday truths that we all endure. It's clean comedy and appropriate for the whole family. I recommend this video for families that want a laugh without the vulgar commentary.

I like how funny the comedian is, in a clean way. He makes you laugh, and even the kids can listen to it. I would recommend this movie to others.
