I had the original back when it first came out and literally used it till it wore out. I tried modern style workouts and found that this really worked for me in the time I could allot for my workouts. It is quick - effective and as the saying goes... it's an oldie, but a goody.

The tape was in excellent condition.The only thing I was unhappy about,it took over 3 weeks to recieve.It was delivered within the 4 week time frame,but just barely.

) The Jane Fonda Workout tape was produced in the 80's. We had the tape and it broke. I was hoping to find it on ebay but, was but sure if I would. Found it, bid on it, won it and I am very happy to be able to replace it. I probably won't have be able to find it any where else. Thanks!

The exercises used in this workout are as good today as they were 20 years ago! It's a very straightforward workout and it has 2 sections - Beginners and Advanced. You can do Beginners when you have less time to workout and still do some great, basic exercises. I bought it for a friend after telling them how much I enjoy it.
