Just on the slight chance that you may give a hoot, this review that I am writing has nothing to do with this particular purchase. I have gone from being confident enough with your site on making a $1500.00 purchases to minimal monetary purchases. I had previously sent you repeated copies and complaints, documenting not only the transaction but the question and answers, stating the unethical transaction and loss of $250.00 on this misrepresented item. This was completely ignored...because of your inaction with numerous other buyers and your forgiveness of the sellers, you are now witnessing a huge decline in monetary as well as buyers to ebay. Congratulations on your success...you didn't even offer a 1-800-who-cares line. Your sellers are nothing without buyers, and your lack of customer service and fair arbitration has contributed to this decline.

It is a great workout for beginners and those that are advanced. I wore out the last tape and needed to purchase another one.

I have used this video to exercise for years. It is a really good work out and shows 3 different intensity levels. They give good cues so it is easy to follow along.

I like this video because I've done this tape for years. It's helped me to lose a ton of weight years ago. I loaned my copy to someone that never returned it. And I just like to have it around for the days I don't feel like going to the aerobics classes at the gym.
