This is a fun video, Jane is happy, caring and makes you part of her
dance-exercise class. No jumping, skipping, jogging. You won't hurt
your knees. But she keeps moving, great cardio. Includes a lot of
streching. Good to loosen you up. Unless you are a twenty something
exercise nut,(in which case you should get her exercise chalange video)
You will enjoy this video. I think Jane Fonda is the greatest!
