James and the Giant Peach (DVD, 2000)

Tim Burton is a great director! Johnny Depp fans need to get this movie. A great movie the family can watch!

I haven't seen this movie in the longest time, and wondered if it was still around. So i decided to buy and watch it so i can recap on passed memories.

I loved this movie as a kid, and continue to do so!

I bought the movie for my grandchildren. They love the movie. It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my entire transaction. Prompt, as described and as expected.

I just love it to a t from "real life" to Dreamworld what could be better.
Just watch out for the rhino and don't let go of the Crocodile tongues!

My niece first watched this movie when she was 6 or 7 years old. She loved the movie and would watch it over and over again. Now she is 14 and this movie is still dear to her heart. I rented it a few times and decided to buy it so that she can have it always. I enjoy watching it with her too.

One of the all time best kids movies ever. This has a great moral behind the splot. I reccommend this for all the kids out there....

The movie keeps the attention of my 2 year old son, like no other video. Even when he will not calm down for anything else, he will watch James. Lot's of jokes for the parents too, without being to graphic.

Roald Dahl is the most compassionate and witty writer for children since Lewis Carroll. This movie, based on Dahl's book James and the Giant Peach is better than the book in the way the Wizard of Oz movie is a thousand times more fun and beautiful than the book by the bitter Braum. Grownups should watch James and the Giant Peach, but child supervision is advised.

This is a very cute movie. The girls I bought it for are ages 12-17 and they absolutely LOVE this show. Got tired of renting it and decided to buy it!

Many years ago, my son wanted this movie. I missed my chance to buy it that year, choosing to buy another item for him. I had been unable to locate this DVD, every Christmas after that, locally. It wasn't until this year that I became familiar with E-Bay, that I thought to look here. Not only did I find one for myself to own, but also found one brand new for my son, at very reasonable prices. The previously used DVD was in excellent condition, and the other one was factory sealed. Even though he is now a grown man, my son was so thrilled to have received this DVD so many years later. I was completely satisfied with my purchases of this item.

It is a verry old movie you can find anywhere that is the reason i purcase that movie. A nother thing my wife lost the copy she own when we move.

This is a great family film, aside from the centipede smoking a cigar throughout the movie, but Disney used to be famous for smoking characters, I guess they are sticking to this for some reason. Overall I really enjoy the family watching this film.

The music is wonderful, the voices are such a fit for each character. You will cry for James at one point and cheer him on the next. This will be a DVD we will pass on to the next generation. Enjoy!!!

I can't tell you how many times we have watched this movie. It's a little scary for small children but overall great movie.

This was a great book when I was a kid and was glad to find it as a movie. My kids love this movie that broke the first DVD we had...then I found it on EBay!
