Jakks TV Games -- Poker Tour (TV game systems, 2004)

Inexpensive fun for family. We had one of these games, gave to the kids, found that we missed it.We will probably order a couple more for gifts.We play it a least twice a week.

I love this game! I had one which I wore out and just had to have anther one. In fact, I found three on Ebay and bought them all at very low prices. The game is alot of fun for someone who likes to play poker but can't always get a game going. Unlike the computer games, this one plugs straight to the TV. The graphics could be better but the poker action is very nice. Guaranteed to frustrate even the best poker players when playing against the computer, it is tuff to win a tournament. Another feature I like is that you have to progress through the tournaments, one can't advance until they win enough money. The game keeps track of your record which is also a plus.

Two negatives about the game. It does use four AA batteries. If you are looking to buy a game to play other individuals, this is not a great one for that. Up to six can play but the controller must be past back and forth between players which slows the game down tremendously.
