THIS DVD CASE CAME IN BROKEN. THE DVD WAS LOOSE. THE PACKAGING WAS POOR. I WROTE TO THE COMPANY SYSQS/SYSQSYSTEMS AND ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND I WOULD SHIP BACK, IN A PRESTAMPED ENEVLOPE THE DVD I RECEIVED. A MISS JENNIFER CADWELL EMAILED ME TO SUGGEST I GO FIND A DOLLAR STORE TO REPLACE THE DVD COVER. AND OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT. I EMAILED HER BACK AND SAID THIS WAS INSULTING AND I DO NOT WANT A 10% DISCOUNT AND WILL NOT DRIVE AROUND USING MY TIME AND GAS TO FIND A DVD COVER. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR IN PERFECT CONDITION. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER OR THE COMPANY. I DO NOT UNTERSTAND THAT "BAD" FEEDBACK CAN NO LONGER BE SENT TO EBAY REGARDING BUYERS OR SELLERS. WHY? AND WHAT DO I DO NOW, I TRUST EBAY TO PROTECT ME. THIS ORDER WAS SENT ON AUGUST 5 PAID BY PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY.DOES EBAY NEED ALL THE EMAILS THAT WERE SENT TO THE COMPANY AND RECEIVED. DO YOU CONTACT THE SELLER.? CLEARLY I WOULD WARN ANYONE ELSE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM IF I COULD LEAVE FEEDBACK.
