Leave the politics of how accurate this show reflects Brel and his body of work, this show brought him to the attention of the United States Audience and is a great place to start. A clever review of material and the cast have strong voices to carry it off.

) The CD has excellent sound quality, better than my records. I saw the original show in The Village in my teens. I bought the CD to listen to the songs in my car. I've enjoyed listening to Jacques Brel for many years.

I saw an early performance, and fell in love with it. Music for all times and all ranges of emotion -- sadness, anger, compassion, grief, humor and great hope. Unforgettable!

First off, I'm trying to buy a copy of the above musical IF I CAN FIND IT YOU IDIOTS1111
I saw it in the 60's in Annapolis Md.,in a small summer stock theatre called the Annapolis Summer Garden Theatre.
I think it was also given by the Annapolis Colonial Players, ROLAND cHAMBERS,
dANNY hIGGS , AND MUSICIAN, dICK gESSNER
why do i have to WRITE 100 WORDS MINIMUM HERE, ARE YOU eBay PEOPLE PHONIES?
