I Liked the flow of the dvd. It Incorporates dance into kickboxing. The warmup was creative. The speed of the dvd was fast enough, but not so that it was too hard to follow. I have used many exercise programs and find this one to be enjoyable to the end.

Vraiment excellent, même avec le temps son programme reste ludique, et vraiment très efficace, si vous devez n'avoir qu'un seul DVD de fitness prenez celui-ci.
Je suis professeure de fitness et ces DVD m'apporte un renouvelement pour mes cours et pour moi une mise en forme avec une experte.
J'apprécie tout également la beauté des gestes et la silhouette du prof. et ce mélange d'arts martiaux, de sports de combat, de fitness, de danse : c'est une réussite totale.

Easy to follow workout dvd. Excersises are well though out slowly showing the viewer how to correctly do the excersise and then the routines are made to bring you from any fitness level up to strength. Overall a great excersise DVD. Dvdmagnet
