We have had excellent results from this camcorder. Ours is a 50X zoom the AMX210U shows a 16x zoom. I am sure it is basically the same camcorder. It has a stabilizer feature that makes the filming much smoother. We have had ours for about 11 years and still use it. We also recommend the VHS-C adapter for a VHS video player.
This is an outdated technology, but we still use this camcorder today and enjoy filming all our family events. I would recommend this for the price you can't beat it. It is a WINNER!

Arrived in good time but had no instuction on how to use this item. Had to buy a new battery the one that came with it was bad. The machine still had a video that still had some content on it. Had to buy a charger for the new battery. All in all it is a good camcorder and since this was my first buy I will look better next time at what I'm buying. For the price I paid I got what it was worth.

the bestthis is one of the best things i bought from ebay.it works with 100%.at first i didnt understand it then it start explaining itself.i like how the battery charger works.it gives a lot of ways for the pictures.
