small, compact, easy to use. great purchase, batery life is ok, 1.5 hr. i will get the extended one/ 4.5 hr, that`s all u need, the rest let the camcorder do it. oh before i forget i was amazed at zooming. i could barely see a building from my window, that`s how far it was. i zoomed in, o man, i read the advertisment on the billboard on top of that building. i was amazed.
so for the money i wanted to spend i got an super-excellent product.

I had the unpleasant experience of paying for an item and never receiving it. I received a Second Chance offer, I payed for it and I expected a response from the seller. The next day, the seller was no longer a registered ebay user. I sent emails, never got answers. For everyone out there, BEWARE fake Second Chance Offers. You might get ripped off just like me. Great camera for video. Not good for pictures. If you need it for pictures buy a separate digital camera since this one simply does not cut it.

Do not care for their software but you will find your way around. Make sure your computer has a least 1GB of space and good memory.

You can convert your files to MPEG4 format and edit with your favorite software. Make it simple use Microsoft Windows Movie Maker (free). Do not buy the GZ-MG135 because you cannot convert your files to other formats. This one does.

Get the SONY VRD-MC3 from your favorite auction place to burn your movies directly to a DVD

I love that the camera is so small. It is handy to throw in your purse. I do not have to worry about purchasing tapes. YEAH!

The camera is great. The only bad thing about it, is that the output format has to be converted in order to play it on MacBook Pro.

I like the compctness of this palmcorder. I like the fact it can hold plenty of video or still pictures on it's hardrive. Then simply hook it up to a dvd burner and transfer the data easily to a dvd. I have only had it two weeks and i am enjoying every minute with it. I decided to buy one after I seen how dependable my brother's camcorder has been. I have been impressed how clear the videos and the pictures have been.

The dock makes this camcorder so easy to use. I just place it on the dock, tell it to connect to my mac, and all the videos are downloaded onto my mac for safe keeping. It has great zoom and mega pixel quality. The features are amazing and its size makes it easy to put anywhere, even in my pocket. I just had my second baby boy and this camcorder took care of all of our memorabilia needs. The only think that could have been a little better is the still images. They are a little on the low side of the quality spectrum. We got this for a camcorder though so no complaints.

I searched for 3 weeks before I decided on this camera. The 30G harddrive was my main focus. I also looked at Sony but I didn't like its tiny touch screen much. The JVC has better controls. It is very easy to operate.

It can dub from an analog signal such as a VCR or DVD player. My old camera is a VHS-C so I can use this to convert my old tapes to DVDs using the "S-Video" cable port in the docking station. In other words, if it can be connected to a TV, it can be recorded (hint, hint).

It works great in low light situations and has a handy remote. No regrets here. This little Camcorder is perfect for family events!!

I really like this camcorder. It is sooo easy to use, litterally just point and shoot. Anyone can use this camcorder! The thing I don't like about it is after you shoot your movies and try to download them on your computer to burn them onto a DVD, you can't do it. The camera records the movies in MOV format so unless you are a computer Genius or have file converting software then you can't put them on your computer. I have found that I need to buy the Share Station that JVC makes for this camera that burns your movies onto a DVD player for you. SO go ahead and Buy the camera, but make sure you get the Share Station with it, you will be glad you did.

This is my first 'small' camcorder.I have had it for about 7 hrs and have been putting it through its paces, ie recording then playing it via TV, PC and its passed with flying colours.I might add that those who may be concerned, like I was, with using this camcorder with OS Windows Vista it was absolutely no problem. Plugged in USB, it auto downloaded the cam drivers and I just clicked a screen menu to play..EASY!Forget the enclosed software. Can only do so much in one day but this little cam is everything I expected and more...Thanks JVC.

I bought this item as a demo and I love it.
30gb is more than enough spce for me to record on. (I don't leave all my videos on the camcorder until it fills up either)
Good quality recording, easy to use even for a layperson.
Only drawback I found was that it wasn't that great in darker situations.

I love this camcorder. It is so light weight and easy to tote around on vacation. It allowed me to catch some fantastic memories on film with ease. The picture quality on snap shots is not that great. It certainly won't replace your regular digital camera but if you're looking for a great camcorder than this is definetly the one for you. It is so small that I actually was able to fit both my camera and camcorder in one small camera bag.

Iam very please with te product. Is in excellent condition and worth to maintain this type of transaction through ebay. It a great equipment that have fulfill my need.
