I have no idea what the character thing that you make jump, and fight but it's fun to find hidden things and change into different characters. If you look hard enough things come out of nowhere, good hidden coins but bad bombs that could hurt, the chance is yours.

This game has poor play control, not a good game. There's plenty of better kids/cartoon type games out there for the SNES.

Izzy's Quest. Experience the sheer pleasure of collecting... stuff!

Pros:
Decent visuals; interesting techniques and levels; many items to collect.

Cons:
Slowdown; uneven hit detection.

Izzy's Quest for the Olympic Rings was released in 1995 for the Genesis and Super NES, a whole year before the Atlanta Olympic games it tried to evoke. As a new avatar in a crowded genre, Izzy didn't garner much attention ten years ago and got lost in the sea of 16-bit platform games released in late 1994 and early 1995. It's not too hard to understand why, because this is an essentially unassuming and not terribly spectacular cart; but it gradually grew on me and should please most fans of underrated 2-D platform games. Odd and conservative This game's concept is... odd, to say the least....
