It's All in Your Head [ECD] by Eve 6 (CD, Jul-2003, RCA Records USA)

This is their most mature CD, lyrically and instrumentally. They have developed greatly since their first CD, the one that they produced as high school students. And like 'Horrorscope,' which contains the great hit "Here's To The Night," this CD contains a couple ballads. "Girlfriend" is a song about a heartwrenching break-up and "Friend Of Mine" is a great anti-suicide song. These boys can sure play some great rock music that has a lot of meaning.

The first thing I heard from Eve 6 was Inside Out from their self-titled album. Ever since then I've continued to be impressed with their easy to listen to rock sound and creative lyrics that you can often relate to. This CD is no exception. Every song is a tale of life with both humor and sincerity played out to a good alternative rock sound. Their unique style and sound takes away from the repetitive droning that you hear from many of todays singers. I definitely recommend this and any of Eve 6's cd's. If you are a fan of one, then chances are you will like them all.
