Hip shaking fun!

I have several of Kili's videos and have already ordered 2 more. She makes exercising fun, but wow I really work up a sweat. She starts by doing a dance that she says you will perform at the end. I'm always convinced that there is no way I can remember the choreography much less make my body do what hers does but then she warms you up and teaches it to you so cleverly that you don't realize you are learning until you get to the end and do the dance with her! I have a little previous dance experience but I am convinced that anyone can benefit from these videos even if you are just doing their best and stumbling along.

I love it!! it is a grat CD..I like the workout it realy helps,and is very fun, the dance is realy great too, and the extra bonus dance too.Thank you
