Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell (1989, Paperback, Reprint)

This book was on our required reading list and the best place to buy it was on half.com. I am very pleased with the outcome. The book is in great condition at a fraction of the price.

I read this book sixteen years ago when I was ten, unfortunate I never finished it and now that I read it again it impacted my life in a positive way. My husband also read the book and he felt the same way about it, he actually thought the story was too short because he wanted to keep reading more and more. Thank you for selling me this wonderful book, I feel that I have a treasure at home that i'm going to pass over to my children.

This was my FAVORITE book when i was 12 yrs old, because it showed that even children can be self reliant when the need arises. It has a great story line. I now have a 13 yr old daughter, & I really wanted her to "experience" this book.

I bought the book for my 9 year old daughter, and she loved it! Highly recommend it for other kids her age.

I bought this book for a
Christmas gift for one of my daughters. Her sister picked it out. I had never purchased a "used" book before and it was a little more used than what I would give to another as a gift. But, the pages are not dirty, the cover is clean and and the words are easily read. All in all it was a good purchase, just will not purchase a "used" book again as I gift. My fault, not the sellers.
