) I have Iron Eagle and needed the sequel, Iron Eagle 2. Great movie!!! Louis Gossett Jr. is one of my favorite actors. He was also great in Officer and a Gentleman.

Iron Eagle 2 (avoid it like the plague)This movie is crap. I should have read more reviews about it, but I didnt to avoid "spoilers." I thought that this movie would be an extension of Iron Eagle one, but the main character Doug Masters is killed in the first two minutes of this movie. There is just too much Louis Gossett in this movie without a counter part Doug to balance him out. I guess I can see why Jason(the actor who played Doug) declined to do this movie, and the rest of the series because it really spirals downhill quite rapidly after the credits of Iron Eagle. Very low budget film. The airplanes that they use in the movie to represent soviet planes are not even soviet planes and are really not even similar looking. Disappointed with this film, but for the 3.00 or 8.00 or something that I payed for it I cant really complain.
