A Truly Twisted Tweeker Tale

There are quite a few films out there now that depict and define the methamphetamine epidemic, it's narcotic history and properties as well as it's many different social culture effects. But no other film on the subject is as true-to-form as Iowa.
This film is a hauntingly similar depiction of my own life. I grew up 30 miles from Centerville, IA, where this film takes place, and I also dove head first into the mad world of using and cooking meth in 1992, roughly the time the movie is set to take place. This film is a dead-on portrayal of true events that took place in America's heartland. It defines perfectly the midwestern tweeker, and all the aspects of his daily life. And then his mutated transformation into the twisted, horrifying, diseased monster he becomes as he rocket-spirals into insanity, and finally, death.
The main character, Esper, was me and every meth-head I knew back then to a tee.
Methamphetamines will be the ruination of mankind on Earth. I don't have the literary skills to describe the intensity and reality of this movie correctly. JUST WATCH IT, PLEASE!!!
