This book was purchased by me years ago when I wanted to learn about REITS. I had heard about them and the kind of money that can be made by them but I didn't understand them.
This book is an excellent resource for a beginner to build an understanding of REITS and how they work. You will also leaern what to look for and how the good REITS are structured.
Highly recommended if you have ever wanted to diversify your investments by investing in REITS. It is also recommended reading for those that are seeking to expand their real estate knowledge.
