Very few investors get off so easy as to never be a Landlord at sometime in their investing career. I myself have several rentals that I own. I have bought and sold over the past 10 years several 4 plexes 3 plexes and duplexes. I have made alot of money in the buying and reselling of them.
This book is a must if you are even considering buying multi families. Forget about what you think you know and read this book and you will be in the know.
Rental properties if purchased right can be some of the most profitable investments that you will make. However if you do it wrong they will quickly put you in the poor house.
And if you must be a landlord see my other reviews for soem great books on how to landlord effectively.
