Investing for Dummies by Eric Tyson (2005, Paperback)

I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE BUT I ALSO READ SOME TIPS AND IDEAS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF OR HAD THOUGHT OF IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD IDEAS. THIS BOOK HAS SOME.

I looked at a copy of Investing for Dummies in a bookstore. I liked what I read (which wasn't much) but I thought it might help with my investing. With the climate we have for stocks and bonds anything I could learn would help. So far I'm about half-way through the book and it's kind of a slow read, but I'll eventually finish it. I've not learned very many things that I didn't already know about investing, being an investor for about 10 years. I do wish I'd read a book such as this before I started investing. If I had, I wouldn't have made some of the dumb choices I did!

This is a solid product that is a great learning tool - anyone who needs a bit of advice would be good to have a learning tool like this. Very easy to understand. Great content. I needed to do something with my money to make more short term and long term for retirement.

i haven't made it all the way through this book, but so far it looks to be one of the easiest to understand and helpful books i've read on this subject. i would highly recommend this to anybody interested in investing. i have read several for dummies books and find them all to be extremely helpful.

I dont even think i bought this so i cant write a review but if i did buy this book it probally would have been a good book because i like knowing about investing and stocks and stuff like that i guess i mean finace
