I purchased a book from this person and it was never shipped to me. I sent several emails trying to contact the seller with no response whatsoever. I am currently filing a claim for a refund. Be careful if you are buying anything "important" from this person!!!

The seller is very fast and reliable. My textbook was here before I new it and the textbook was in excellent condition. I will definitely use this seller in the future.

As far as learning course material through the book, this book is just as good as the U.S. edition. However, the pages are all slightly off and the example numbers are slightly off as well. If you sit next to someone in class with the U.S. edition you will be fine in class, but for homework assignments you need to reconcile the correct problem numbers with the U.S. edition or you will do the wrong problems. I do not think this cheaper version is worth the extra hassle since my professor gives us weekly assignments out of the book, but if you just need the book to read the material then the book is fine.

Evrything is fine with this transaction. Took longer then I hoped, but book in and any issues were settled.

I ordered the book, An Introduction to Management Science about a month or two ago. I was pleased with the condition of the book, the price wasn't too bad taking in consideration what the original price was in the beginning. I love the quickness in receiving the book. I have been buying texts from ebay/half.com/amazon/bookfill for a few years.
This is the ONLY horrible experience I have ever had. The book is still sitting out in the wrapper in my garage. It was so gross when it arrived, I actually feared it might be contaminated with toxic substances. I am still not convinced it isn't. There is pungent odor and it was as if the book was soaked in something and then wrapped up wet and mailed. Disgusting. I did not even want to handle it to try and return it. It is infuriating and awful. You would think you would have a range of experience shopping on the web. But I have had good outcomes and this one which was horrible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I don't recommend this seller at all.

I purchased this book because the seller said all pages were exactly like the US version. That is not true. Chapters are not necessarily in the same order, and the problems I'm being assigned at the end of the chapters do not match in my book. I would never purchase an International version again, no matter what the seller says.

I received this book fast. Overall it was in pretty good shape except for the binding. The book pages are about to fall off the actual binding/cover. It's ok though, the books serves its purpose. I would definitely order from this person again. Thanks.

The international edition is NOTHING like the original. BEWARE! But the authors are great and the information is well structured.

the book was shipped quickly and was still in package as identified. however, it was added at the bottom it was the international book even though the seller used a picture of the US version. Misleading...

I have used half.com to order my college books several times without incicent, but this time the book was a no show. They charged my credit card $128 immediately, but I could not contact the seller concerning my book until the "shipping window" closed three weeks later. When I did contact the seller, they stated Ebay told them the sale was canceled and they didn't ship the book. Since class was starting, I leased a book for $100 and am attempting to get a refund from Ebay. Of course you can't contact them for 48 business hours after you contact the seller. Once I was able to e-mail Ebay, they have 30 days to reply. So, I am on 6 weeks and counting and still have not received a refund. Terrible customer service - I'll shop elsewhere.

I'm a college student with very little extra income. Whenever I have the opportunity to buy a book online I jump on it as quick as possible. This way I can save money to buy other books I need. I received it in less than a week. Also, books are very cheap to ship, so shipping charges are also pretty inexpensive.
