Into the Wild by Erin Hunter (2004, Paperback, Reprint)

yeah this book is awesome, I have read the entire series, in fact i thought it was so good I rushed through them all in under two weeks. i'm looking forward to the second series 'The New Prophecy', and apparently there will be a third, so don't cry, the adventure isn't over yet!

I love this series!It is very well written and very imaginative.I would recommend these books to anyone that loves cats.

The warrior series is a FANTASTIC series!It is truly a page turner, excitement on every single page. The four cat clans face each other to prove their loyalty,devotion,determination,and compassion(well, except for the evil ShadowClan cats whose hearts are frozen by the upland winds). Rusty with the wisdom of his ancestors in the nightsky or silverpelt, walks the long road to prove that he can be a warrior and over come his kitty pet roots. If you are looking for excitement and adventure, this series is a must!

I strongly recommend this book. It grabs you and pulls you in. The characters are so realistic it feels like you are in the book. I bought this book because my best friend is reading this series and couldn't stop. Now I see why. I am deffinetely reading the rest of this series. The sequel to this book is Warriors Fire and Ice.

My daughter is 11 years old, and is very taken with this book (the first of the Warrior series). I knew it was a hit when I went into her room the other night and instead of being asleep she was reading it by her nightlight with one of her cats curled up on her tummy. She wants to collect and read the entire series, and I am very glad to see her so motivated to read. I recommend this book to anyone with a Middle School aged child, especially if that parent is looking for a series (like the Harry Potter books) that will really capture the child's interest.
