Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt are 2 of my favorite actors from the last 15 years. They both nailed their parts in this movie. Some of my friends have said that if you read the book, that the movie version doesn't do it justice. I haven't read the book, but I'd have to say that this is my favorite vampire movie, with Lost Boys and John Carpenter's Vampires being close behind. I recently bought this movie and was pleasantly surprised to see how good of an actress Kirsten Dunst is even at this young age. Maybe if you've read the book you'll be let down, but I see no reason otherwise why anyone who loves vampires movies won't truly enjoy this movie.

This is just one of those movies I HAD to own. Such a unique story and Tom Cruise , Antonio Banderas, and Brad Pitt are sooooo sexy as vampires! ooolala!

i was watching television one night and the movie came on and my 7 year old son came in and wanted to know what i was watching.. i told him what the movie was and he sat there thru the whole movie with his mouth open... after the movie was over he asked me if i could get the movie...everytime i see the movie on telivision i watch it... its such a fasinating movie.....makes you want to believe that there are really vampires in this world.... who knows...

Vampire Art Well Done
) This is a great movie with much to appreciate. Even the creepy scenes have artistic value. The characters are interesting each with their own inner conflicts and ways to deal with life after life. This is my favorite horror movie and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves thrillers without all the torture some horror movies thrive on.
