They sent a different book than the one it was listed as. They sent the paperback international edition which incidentally has the same content but is valued at less than half the hardcover value and has an entirely different ISBN number.
In my opinion this is very poor and dishonest business.

Good book, but extremely, extremely wordy. The cases are great ways to apply what you learn in real life. I recommend buying the international version, which includes 99.99999999999% of the same content as the us edition, and costs 1/4 of the us edition's price. I wouldn't recommend buying it if you have a good professor, or if you're looking for an entertaining read.

I like the book because it's very much like the USA edition. I bought because it was free shipping. Easy to read book.

Although this is the international version of this text, it is the exact same book except in paperback form. I needed this book for my class and got it very cheap compared to other options.

I bought this book because my son was taking college courses this summer. Buying this book on ebay allowed me to save money. I like to find things I need on ebay; I feel like a savey shopper.

Great Book, just what I need as a college student! A book of major importance, the first to describe the real marketing issues as they are. Marketing occasionally go to the loony bin in both directions. The old books have now been replaced by an excellent International Book.
