I needed this book for a Embry Riddle course I am attending. The book was in great shape and has been an immense help in my completion of course requirements.

Received correct product and in a timely manner. I would purchase from this person again. I needed the book in a specific time for a class and the shipping was perfect timing... I had a few days before my class started and they gave me a tracking number so I could keep track of it.

The book was brand new and had a reasonable price tag. I was exceptionally pleased with this purchase. School is expensive without the books. This seller was able to help me reduce my costs.

It was a pleasure buying from Ebay, but believe it will be my last time as well. I accidently purchased the same text book twice on line December 3, 2006. I returned one which was received by your department becasue you send me an email on January 4, 2007 asking why I returned the book. It has been a week since you guys received the book but yet no refund. Can you please refund back my money or do I have to get a lawyer involved in this?

The book didn't match the description, it's a paperback not hardcover, which I thought it didn't worth the money, although the content is same. Also, the sender didn't leave any return information, you have to keep it. Plus, the book was sent from Hong Kong, not California, the shipping cost was high.

I'm sure the book is outstanding, but it wouldn't matter since it was a course requirement. I would think that your company might be a little more diligent to actually notice if I receieved the item before asking for a preview. I would sooner pay 10 times the price than order anything from your company again. It's poor business all the way!

I never even received this book therefore i cannot review it. This experience has not been a pleasant one.

I still have not received this item. I purchased it a month and a half ago. The seller is no longer a registered user. I have filed a claim. What do i need to get my money back??
