I bought this book because it was required for my class. There are examples to help you out with and the odd answers in the back so you can check your work. I don't think there's anything special about this particular math book, but my teacher likes it for whatever reason.

veery goodI bought this book for MTH 110 and it has served me well. It came quickly and in very good condition. I would recommend buying this book from here if your college math class requires it rather then buying it from your school. I don't necessarily promote taking the class though :)

The book has the essentials, but the way it is organized makes it hard for one to understand clearly. What would also throw off a user of the book is the layout. Things are not pointed out clearly (i.e. examples, tips, solutions)
Hopefully a teacher would be giving better lectures than to resorting to this textbook more.
