Movie Description
An exciting, action-packed anime series, INITIAL D concerns the underground world of street racing and the drivers whose rivalries fuel the culture. Takumi is the best street racer in all of Akina, with other drivers from around the country arriving to challenge him. With slick, modified, and tricked-out high-speed automobiles, Takumi and his enemies speed through the street of Akina, burning rubber in an effort to best each other. VOLUME 12: SECRET WEAPON contains episodes 34-36 of the racing anime. In these episodes, Takumi is introduced to the Eighty-Six Turbo but is disappointed in it. However, Aki, the owner of the new car, believes it is his ticket to a winning streak.
