i bought this item because i was told it would work on xbox360,it even stated in auction it would.when i got it,it wont play in my xbox360

Indy Car Series (Xbox)Works great in our Xbox system only problem we have found is that you can't save your games. Got for husband for his birthday and he loves playing it by himself and with my five year old daughter.
