This is a beautifully written and very scholarly researched account of the history of Native American Indian Silver of the Navajo & Pueblo Jewelers.
We refer to this book for a better understanding of the flow of knowledge and materials as they moved from the Spanish conquerors to the tribes and pueblos in the 18th and 19th centuries. You can trace each style of silver, Turquoise mines and shell ornaments traded from the south. What a wealth of information.
If you love Native American Silver and stories of western Native American history, you will enjoy this book.
