Immortal Beloved by Original Soundtrack (CD, Dec-1994, Sony Classical)

Some of Beethoven's greatest works. Right from the movie that I thought was great. His Piano Concerto No. 5 is haunting and I play it over and over.

I personally liked the soundtrack for the movie but i dont know what it sounds like on the cd i bought.

Well, I buy this cd. The cd arrived in order, but the cd inside not belong/compatible a Immortal Beloved case. I wrote a seller to notice about it, and he inmmediadly refund the money. Im very pleased with this transation, because I buy other cd soundtrack a this seller, and make excellent transations. He is Awesome Ebayer. No problems with this seller.

Classic music at it's best. A definte must have for any classical collection. Wonderful music for any day and any moood.

Although more fiction than fact, IMMORTAL BELOVED is a romantic, bewitching tale of the life of Beethoven. My life sitting behind the keys of a piano pale to the life of this essentially brilliant, gifted genius.
I HIGHLY recommend this sellection.

Murray Perahia is just beautiful in playing everthing in this soundtrack.
particularly the second movement of "Emperor" pinao concerto, i've never heard it played like he did. the sound of this piano does not seem to come from the instrument, it's falling from the heaven and seeping into your heart.

please listen to this remarkable cd of his greatest composotions ! if you watched the movie and loved the music in it, then by all means buy this soundtrack it is worth every cent, and is not a waste of time, it pases time away like the film does, in a good way.

The music was beautiful and passionate. I totally enjoyed this CD and it helped me relive the movie. Listening to the music helps me to relax and concentrate as I study. I recommend this CD to any lover of classical music.
