I have ordered many of Laura Numeroff's books recently. My daughter is 8 and when you find an author that your child likes - you stick with her/him. I have been reading toKaitlyn since birth and one of her favorite things are animals. Ms. Numeroff's books are chock filled with animals. Bedtime for her becomes funtime when I bring out a couple of Ms. Numeroff's books, such as, If you give a mouse a cookie or if you give a pig a pancake (just to name a few) Her age group is really geared to pre-school age kids. I hope she writes more books and would highly recommend her to other parents of young kids.
